Responsibilities:
- Research and obtain all required permits for projects
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all permits and approvals
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure smooth permit process
- Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws and regulations
- Answering phones and emails
- Assisting with day to day office needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in permit management or a related field (2 years)
- Strong knowledge of local permit regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
